We provide bookkeeping, accounting system setup, audit support, accounting software training, company registration, tax advisory and tax planning, as well as advice on investment promotion from the Board of Investment (BOI) and the requirements that apply to foreign-owned businesses. The fee depends on the volume of documents each month, the number of transactions and how complex the business is, for example whether you carry stock and whether you are already registered for VAT. We assess this once we have seen the basic information, and we always quote a monthly fee before starting work.

You must keep accounts from the date the company is registered as a juristic person, and you must have a registered accountant in place. If this is left until the end of the accounting period, documents are usually missing and penalties follow. We recommend starting from the first month.

Yes. We advise on the requirements that apply to foreign-owned businesses, on matters relating to the Foreign Business License (FBL), and on keeping the accounts in line with the relevant conditions.

It is not complicated. What you need to hand over is the most recent annual financial statements, the latest trial balance and the records your current firm holds. We check that the opening balances are complete before taking the work on, so that old problems are not quietly carried forward.

You do not need to come in. Documents can be sent by LINE or email. Where originals have to be kept, we can arrange scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs as agreed.

We are a FlowAccount certified accounting firm partner and we work with other accounting software as well, such as PEAK, choosing what suits how each company is structured. If your company already uses a package, we can assess whether to keep it or what should be adjusted.

We can advise before any application is filed, looking at whether the business falls within an activity eligible for promotion, what information needs to be prepared, and how the accounts must be kept once promotion is granted in order to retain the benefits.
